Free Weekly Entertainment for Kids at Embassy Suites Hotel

The Embassy Suites Hotel’s Kids Fest, a weekly series of performances for children ages 3 and up, continues through this month. The 60- to 90-minute programs take place in the hotel’s atrium on Sundays, at 1 p.m. Snacks are served.

The schedule is:

June 9: David Grover and the Big Bear Band, musicians and family entertainers.

June 16: Professor Putter, scientist, inventor and magician, and his Gadgetorium.

June 23: Jim West’s Dinosaurs. A renowned puppeteer presents facts about dinosaurs.

June 30: Animal stories and songs by Felix Pitre and fairy tales from Grimm by puppeteer Preston Foerder.

Seats are on a first-come, first-served basis. The Embassy Suites Hotel is at 102 North End Ave., between Vesey and Murray streets in Battery Park City. For information, call 945-0100.
