The Tribeca Film Festival's free family events will take place on Saturday, April 22, and Saturday, April 29, at Borough of Manhattan Community College, 199 Chambers St. For the first year since the festival began, there will be no Tribeca Film Festival street fair.

On April 22, there are screenings of the classic sports films "Angels in the Outfield" (9:30 a.m.) and "Space Jam" (11:30 a.m.) There will also be sports clinics, face painting, special games and activities, and more in and around BMCC, including the tented lower courtyard area, the main entrance plaza and the basketball courts at Washington Market Park. On Saturday, April 29, at 10 a.m. there will be a 25th anniversary screening and sing-along of the Disney classic, "Aladdin." Brad Kane, the singing voice of "Aladdin," will perform a soundtrack favorite before the screening.
