In this little-known story, renowned historian Marcus Rediker chronicles the life of of an eighteenth-century Quaker dwarf who fiercely attacked slavery and demanded the total and unconditional emancipation of all enslaved Africans around the world.

Join Museum Executive Director Jessica B. Phillips in exploring how Rediker resurrects a visionary whose innovative approach to activism transforms how we consider the past and how we might imagine the future.
