FOR THE FAMILY: Jamie Adkins’ Circus Incognitus

BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center's first event in the 2019-2020 Family Series Season is Jamie Adkins’ Circus Incognitus on Saturday, Nov. 2 at 11 a.m.

In Circus Incognitus, virtuoso clown Jamie Adkins is the vulnerable everyman, who wanders onto the stage with the new show in a box. Jamie struggles to build the scene around him using everyday objects. Things go awry as his props prove fail hom: his ladder disintegrates under foot. He wrangles an animated chair, tussles with a pesky hat, negotiates a precarious slack wire and juggles almost everything. The audience even get involved in the endeavor by tossing lemons for Jamie to catch on a fork...held between his teeth!

For all ages.

Tickets are $30, and/or 10Club Members see the show for $14. To purchase tickets or a 10Club Membership, call Ticketing Services at (212) 220-1460. Single tickets can also be purchased at  or by visiting the Box Office at 199 Chambers St., Tues-Sat from 12–6 p.m.
