FOR KIDS: The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show

Through Dec. 29. The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show Experience, an hour-long interactive puppet show, is playing from Nov. 29 through Dec. 29 at The Melville Gallery, 213 Water St., at the South Street Seaport Museum.

Created by Jonathan Rockefeller, The show faithfully tells three of Eric Carle’s stories: Brown Bear, Brown Bear, and 10 Little Rubber Ducks. 

Nov. 29 – Dec. 29. $25 (Children under one are $5 with accompanying paid adult ticket). 

Each performance of The Very Hungry Caterpillar includes the story listed below:

11/29, 12/1, 12/7, 12/14, 12/21, 12/26, 12/28, 12/29: 

10am – Brown Bear, Brown Bear; 11:30am – 10 Little Rubber Ducks; 1pm – Brown Bear, Brown Bear

11/30, 12/8, 12/15, 12/22, 12/27: 

10am – 10 Little Rubber Ducks; 11:30am – Brown Bear, Brown Bear; 1pm – 10 Little Rubber Ducks
