Just one day after his notorious duel with Aaron Burr, Alexander Hamilton died on July 12, 1804. Fraunces Tavern Museum will commemorate the life and death of Hamilton with an evening of special programming.
There will be a reading of his eulogy at his gravesite and visitors can speak with Eliza Hamilton, portrayed by Kim Hanley (see top) of The American Historical Theatre, about her husband’s legacy, accompanied by a Revolutionary War tour of Trinity's churchyard at Broadway and Wall.
