Man Dies in Fall from Tribeca Pointe in Battery Park City

A 57-year-old man fell to his death from 41 River Terrace in Battery Park City around 11:30 Sunday morning, police said. The unidentified victim plunged from the 14th floor of the building, also known as Tribeca Pointe, according to the Daily News. A spokeswoman for the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner said Monday afternoon that the manner and cause of death remains under investigation.
