Brookfield Properties and the Battery Park City Authority launched a new season of sailing and events Wednesday afternoon with a celebration at North Cove Marina that included nautical-themed knot tying, free harbor sails, boat tours and sea shanty singing by the a-cappella group, The Johnson Girls.
