Oaxacan Chef: Demonstration and Tasting

Olga Cabrera, chef at Tierra Del Sol Casa Restaurant in  Oaxaca, Mexico, offers a demonstration and tasting menu  of her traditional Mixteca cuisine. A discussion of preserving the traditional recipes with 100% original Oaxacan ingredients will accompany the tasting experience.
