Robber Flees with Cash from Tribeca's TD Bank on Chambers Street

A robber got away with an undisclosed amount of cash from Tribeca’s TD Bank, 166 Chambers St., Saturday afternoon around 2 p.m., after passing a note to a teller demanding money, police said. The suspect, who fled on foot, is described as a white male wearing black-and-white khaki shorts and white button-up shirt with a cross on it. The robber did not display a weapon, according to police.
