TALK: "Edith Halpert and the Rise of American Art"

The talk will explore the remarkable career of Edith Halpert, the trailblazing art dealer during the mid-20th century whose influence, eye, and passion for American art championed the work of Stuart Davis, Georgia O'Keeffe, Yasuo Kuniyoshi, Jacob Lawrence, Ben Shahn, and Charles Sheeler.
