Wanted: Your Opinion About Future of Pier 40

After more than 10 years, and two failed proposals for redeveloping crumbling Pier 40 at Houston Street, Community Board 2 is seeking the public’s input. The sports fields on Pier 40 are used by many Lower Manhattan children.
